Client Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of accounting professionals, the full-time Client Finance Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure compliance with financial reporting, and recommend operational improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Review financial reports for quality and compliance, and monitor account health metrics
• Manage team performance, conduct training, and lead departmental projects

Required qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Five to seven years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of Yardi and Workday software preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Ability to train, mentor, and effectively manage team dynamics
