Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Growth Account Manager for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying opportunities for clients to expand their relationship through upsells, cross sells, and activations
  • Creating and improving email and call sequences to drive value to clients
  • Understanding customer needs, presenting personalized offers, and tracking product usage

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years in sales, customer success, or similar role
  • Sales skills to present offers effectively
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with US financial services industry preferred
