Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Growth Advisor responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain client accounts through effective campaign management and customer service
• Analyze internet marketing campaigns to meet client performance expectations
• Build rapport with clients through timely communication and education on campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or English (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
• Technical requirements: Intel Core i7 or greater, 16GB RAM or greater, stable broadband (20 Mbps), noise-canceling headset, HD web camera
• Strong teamwork and adaptability
• High integrity and customer service focus
