Job Summary

To support client relationships and drive growth, the full-time Client Growth Executive I will manage portfolios for assigned credit unions, utilizing a consultative approach to enhance product adoption and resolve service issues, primarily through remote communication methods.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase client sales volume and market share
  • Prepare and deliver annual Card Program Analysis to assess client growth and profitability
  • Act as a liaison for product implementations and address service issues to maintain strong client relationships
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years in marketing, business development, consulting, sales, or relationship management
  • At least four years of B2B/B2BC experience
  • Preferred experience in Financial Services or Consulting
