Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Client Growth Lead will build a qualified pipeline of opportunities through proactive lead sourcing, outbound prospecting, and targeted engagement with hospitals and health systems.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source and build targeted lead lists, identifying key stakeholders within hospitals and health systems
- Manage and qualify a pipeline of sales-ready opportunities, ensuring strong handoff to sales teams
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking in Salesforce while collaborating with Sales and Marketing on targeting strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or business development
- Experience selling into or working with hospitals or health systems
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment
