Job Summary

To support client relationships and drive business growth, the full-time Client Growth Manager will utilize proactive sales techniques to identify job opportunities, provide marketing support, and develop effective partnerships with clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize proactive sales techniques via phone and email to identify job opportunities with existing clients in various medical specialties
  • Execute marketing strategy with new divisional client agreements and maintain established Client Development Plans (CDPs)
  • Partner with Client Growth Leader to support divisional new job goals and customize strategies to meet specific customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within a sales division preferred
  • Understanding of the physician staffing sales cycle and ability to apply industry knowledge to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining organization
  • Demonstrated independence, flexibility, and a strong willingness to achieve results
