Job Summary
Acting as a professional brand ambassador, the remote Client Happiness Servicing Associate will respond to client inquiries via various communication channels, provide repayment guidance, and promote company products while maintaining accurate client records.
Key responsibilities
- Promptly respond to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone, providing accurate information and resolving concerns
- Proactively promote and cross-sell company products during servicing calls to contribute to business growth
- Assist clients with payment arrangements and commitments, explaining relief options and guiding them through necessary documentation
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free environment for professional client interactions
- Tech-savvy, preferably with MAC experience, and capable of performing basic math calculations
- Demonstrated ability to listen actively and manage high call volumes under pressure
- Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries is a plus
