Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Identity & Access Management Product Manager for Digital Consumer & Small Business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead identity verification and authentication strategy in Consumer and Small Business channels
  • Implement CIAM standards and manage authentication flows within banking and payment platforms
  • Define fraud detection metrics and develop strategies for account security and risk management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years in identity, access management, fraud, or cybersecurity roles
  • Experience with authentication orchestration platforms and CIAM tools
  • Strong understanding of client behaviors and risk profiles in specific channels
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FFIEC and NIST 800-63
