Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Associate Director, Client Impact Initiatives will manage end-to-end operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client management and experience, while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional problem solving and drive root-cause analysis for complex operational issues
- Own the business strategy and process design for corporate change, ensuring effective communication and governance
- Develop and execute communication strategies to support operational updates and key initiatives across stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business process ownership, operations, communications, or program leadership in a complex organization
- Experience partnering with operations and technology teams to implement process/system improvements
- Proven ability to lead through influence and manage stakeholders effectively
- Intermediate proficiency in analytical capabilities, including process mapping and KPI design
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional change and standardization at scale
