Client Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II (EDI) to manage the electronic setup and testing of IT projects related to client claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requests for accessing and utilizing products through EDI and Web Services
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams while coordinating IT deliverables
• Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation of client solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare IT claims processing and EDI protocols
• Ability to create SQL queries and analyze EDI data within an Oracle database
• BS in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with testing processes and defect tracking systems
