Client Implementation Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst II (EDI) remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requests for accessing and customizing products using EDI and Web Services
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation
• Conduct testing and analysis to resolve issues prior to client production rollout and monitor ongoing client processing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical production or applications support role
• Strong understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing, including EDI and Web Services transactions
• Ability to create SQL queries for analyzing EDI data within an Oracle database
• Experience with tools such as MS Office, Service Now, and JIRA
