Client Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients, the full-time Client Implementation Coordinator will coordinate project activities, facilitate discovery efforts, and maintain detailed project documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones and outcomes
• Lead the client discovery phase, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment prior to implementation
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years mortgage servicing or banking experience
• 3+ years of project management experience with knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience leading and motivating large, complex, cross-organizational teams
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
