Client Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Pod Market Manager(s) to assess operational readiness for new market launches and client expansions
• Coordinate with Finance and Recruiting to track staffing readiness and communicate risks impacting go live
• Lead Pod level operational training related to client-specific workflows and ensure reporting mechanisms are in place

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA in healthcare business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years project management or operations experience required
• Self-starter and independent critical thinker with ability to perform detailed data analysis
• Previous experience in a healthcare, managed care, or value-based healthcare environment preferred
