Job Summary

Client Implementation Manager, responsible for overseeing multiple client implementations and coordinating operational functions in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of client implementations, including communication and transition management
  • Document business requirements and develop project plans while managing client expectations
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate post-implementation reviews to improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare IT
  • Strong understanding of PBM industry practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus
