Job Summary
Client Implementation Manager, responsible for overseeing multiple client implementations and coordinating operational functions in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of client implementations, including communication and transition management
- Document business requirements and develop project plans while managing client expectations
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate post-implementation reviews to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare IT
- Strong understanding of PBM industry practices and regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus
