Job Summary

Responsible for the successful, on-time delivery of client solutions, the full-time Client Implementation Manager will manage onboarding and implementation processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process for assigned client projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, managing scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables for each implementation
  • Monitor systems post-launch, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry
  • Strong project management skills with experience in healthcare program integrations
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues during implementation
  • PMP certification preferred
