Job Summary

Managing client onboarding processes, the full-time remote Client Implementation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of disability and life products.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and maintaining communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and integration
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop customized implementation plans tailored to client requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of experience in client implementation, project management, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of absence management and disability/life products (FMLA, ADAAA, STD/LTD)
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
