Job Summary
Managing client onboarding processes, the full-time remote Client Implementation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of disability and life products.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates and maintaining communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and integration
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized implementation plans tailored to client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 4 or more years of experience in client implementation, project management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of absence management and disability/life products (FMLA, ADAAA, STD/LTD)
- Strong understanding of client relationship management principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
