Job Summary
Leading client implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization, the full-time remote Client Implementation and Operations Manager will own the client experience, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure organized communication and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client implementation experience, including project planning, execution, communication, and risk management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and managing expectations
- Drive cross-functional execution across various teams to ensure successful project launches and improve operational workflows
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, client success, or operations
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with external stakeholders
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, digital health, eligibility, or claims preferred
