Client Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing customer contracts and overseeing compliance, the remote Client Implementation Specialist II will review agreements, maintain accounts, and communicate with various departments while ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage customer contracts with Vitu and/or DMVs
• Oversee the contractual process affecting multiple teams and maintain existing accounts
• Communicate with various departments and assist in resolving compliance issues with DMV

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic LMS systems
• Strong organization and project coordination skills
• Basic understanding of technical training for software users or support teams
