Client Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding and implementation for reference-based pricing clients, the full-time Client Implementation Specialist will manage client agreements, coordinate plan changes, and serve as the primary contact for assigned groups in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for new clients, including contract coordination and system setup
• Support the drafting and maintenance of client agreements while driving process improvements
• Manage a high-volume caseload of clients and facilitate plan changes for existing clients

Required qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• 1-3 years of healthcare insurance-related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
• Previous contract administration experience preferred
