Client Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the onboarding of new client engagements, the full-time Client Implementation Specialist will manage the setup of start-up plans and conversions while ensuring accurate documentation and communication with clients in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new plan sales engagements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Complete the setup of new start-ups and transfer/conversion plans, coordinating with internal and external partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• 0-3+ years of experience in retirement plan or client services
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Familiarity with PensionPro is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
