Job Summary
To support client service teams in international trade operations, the full-time Client Import Analyst with CCS will manage client relationships, ensure compliance with customs requirements, and maintain tariff databases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and carriers, providing daily support
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements and manage the accuracy of client tariff databases
- Conduct internal audits and assist in performance measurement reporting for the Client Service Team
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in customs or import/export operations
- High School diploma or GED; Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred
- Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is required
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
