Client Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a remote team, the full-time Client Insights Analyst will deliver actionable insights through reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data analysis, while collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver recurring reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytical outputs
• Analyze platform and product performance data to identify trends and business drivers
• Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and findings

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
• Strong SQL skills for reporting and performance trend analysis
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau, for building dashboards and reports
• Ability to perform data validation and troubleshoot inconsistencies
• Familiarity with responsible data handling practices
