Job Summary

Empowering clients through training and tool adoption, the full-time hybrid Client Insights Analyst will identify growth opportunities, deliver insight-led solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive client success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana's data and software solutions with their strategic goals
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with syndicated data tools such as Circana/IRI or NielsenIQ in analytics or category management
• Experience in marketing, sales, or strategy within a CPG company or comparable environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling, actionable insights
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Unify, Tableau, or Power BI
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
