Client Insights Director

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Client Insights Director will manage client relationships for a paper goods and packaging CPG manufacturer, leveraging data and analytics to inform growth strategies and address critical business issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fact-based analyses to provide clients with actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
• Apply consultative selling techniques to identify and close business opportunities that align with client needs
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills to build trust and influence stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector
• Experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data solutions such as Nielsen/NIQ
• Proven ability to integrate multiple data sources to address client business issues
• Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
