Job Summary

To support operational workflows, the part-time remote Client Intake & Systems Coordinator will ensure a seamless experience for clients through effective intake coordination, onboarding processes, and system management.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and follow up with new and existing clients
  • Coordinate client intake and onboarding workflows
  • Maintain and update internal operational trackers and manage scheduling across systems
Required qualifications
  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows
  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
