Job Summary
To support operational workflows, the part-time remote Client Intake & Systems Coordinator will ensure a seamless experience for clients through effective intake coordination, onboarding processes, and system management.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and follow up with new and existing clients
- Coordinate client intake and onboarding workflows
- Maintain and update internal operational trackers and manage scheduling across systems
Required qualifications
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
