Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Integration Specialist II (vAuto).
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new data feeds and manage account configurations while ensuring excellent customer focus
- Provide customer integration support and maintain regular communication with clients during the onboarding process
- Monitor and achieve goals related to task management, efficiency, and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Integration, Implementation, Account Management, or Project Management preferred
- Proficiency in information technology, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, FTP, API, and various Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux
- Ability to clear a pre-employment drug test and work in a drug-free workplace
