Job Summary

Resolving client invoice disputes, the part-time Client Invoice Dispute Technician will manage a pipeline of disputes, conduct in-depth research, and collaborate with various teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve client invoice disputes by researching and correcting billing errors
  • Prepare supporting documentation and compose professional communications for dispute resolution
  • Maintain high audit quality while managing a personal portfolio of disputes and providing insights to improve processes
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience, or a related college degree with 2 years of experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of investor guidelines preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and vendors
