Job Summary
Resolving client invoice disputes, the part-time Client Invoice Dispute Technician will manage a pipeline of disputes, conduct in-depth research, and collaborate with various teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve client invoice disputes by researching and correcting billing errors
- Prepare supporting documentation and compose professional communications for dispute resolution
- Maintain high audit quality while managing a personal portfolio of disputes and providing insights to improve processes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience, or a related college degree with 2 years of experience
- Proven experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of investor guidelines preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and vendors
