Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Invoicing Analyst for a U.S. based remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices for a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision
  • Review and analyze various control reports and make necessary adjustments
  • Partner with resource groups to troubleshoot and meet customer requests & deadlines

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • 3-4 years prior accounting experience with an emphasis on auditing and/or analysis and some related college courses required
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel required
  • 1 year prior customer service experience required
  • A degree in Accounting/Finance or Mathematics preferred
