  • Manage the Issue Management Triage Analyst and ensure effective root cause analysis strategies are implemented
  • Identify improvement opportunities and maintain relationships across functional areas to drive consistent processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years in operations or process improvement with management expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in issue management or risk management
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmacy benefits or related industry
  • Six Sigma yellow belt certification required within one year of start date
