- Oversee the client issue management tool and create a company-wide issue management process
- Manage the Issue Management Triage Analyst and ensure effective root cause analysis strategies are implemented
- Identify improvement opportunities and maintain relationships across functional areas to drive consistent processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years in operations or process improvement with management expertise
- 5+ years of experience in issue management or risk management
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmacy benefits or related industry
- Six Sigma yellow belt certification required within one year of start date
