Job Summary

Serving as a key link between clients and operations, the full-time Client Liaison will manage claims, troubleshoot data issues, and enhance processes while collaborating with stakeholders both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client's benefits team and operational teams, facilitating system integration and issue resolution
  • Support claims and leave administration by addressing data exchange issues and responding to inquiries related to claims and coverage
  • Identify pain points in the leave process and recommend improvements to enhance the overall employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in data integration projects and performing data quality assessments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience with claims and/or timekeeping systems is highly desired
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
