Client Liaison

Job Summary

To ensure a seamless client experience, the remote Complex Peer Liaison will manage communication between clients, Sales, and Operations, advocating for client needs and resolving challenges while supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate clear communication between Sales and Operations to align client expectations and timelines
• Champion the client's perspective in internal meetings and manage client updates on referral milestones
• Document client interactions and monitor processes to identify and propose improvements for communication gaps

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales operations, or client-facing project management
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Mac, and Google Suite
