Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage disability benefit workflows and resolve client inquiries
- Communicate custom workflows and act as an intermediary for escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability administration
- Minimum of three years' experience in a client-support role
- Experience in managing Disability or Leave claims operationally
- Experience with mid to national size clients in a client-facing position
