Client Liaison for Foreclosure Services

Job Summary

Acting as a liaison between servicer clients and MRLP, the full-time onsite Client Liaison for Foreclosure Services will manage communication regarding foreclosure files, perform quality control reviews, and assist with client-specific projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update foreclosure/judgment processes on active files using Black Knight Foreclosure Solutions
• Conduct quality control reviews of documents and respond to inquiries on assigned portfolios
• Assist with client-specific projects and conduct internal audits, preparing detailed reports on findings

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicer environment
• Advanced proficiency in BKFS/LPS desktop
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle sensitive information and work under limited supervision
