Job Summary
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the full-time Client Liaison Representative will manage scheduling, coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless care journey in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule new and returning client appointments while ensuring continuity of care
- Verify insurance eligibility and authorization status, collecting necessary intake and payment information
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and EHR systems, communicating professionally with clients and payer representatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or customer support experience
- Behavioral health or medical office experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet
- Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in learning and using multiple software systems
