Key Responsibilities

• Schedule new and returning clients and secure recurring appointments
• Verify insurance and authorizations, and collect payment information
• Maintain CRM and EHR accuracy while communicating professionally with clients and payers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare scheduling or patient coordination experience
• Behavioral health experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable in high phone-volume environments
