Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Loyalty Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through various communication channels
  • Build rapport with clients and provide persuasive solutions to help them stay in the program
  • Document client discussions accurately using Salesforce and meet performance criteria set by management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services
  • Experience in sales and account management, consistently meeting performance expectations
  • Computer competency and ability to work with multiple systems
  • Available for a full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt
