Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Loyalty Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through various communication channels
- Build rapport with clients and provide persuasive solutions to help them stay in the program
- Document client discussions accurately using Salesforce and meet performance criteria set by management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services
- Experience in sales and account management, consistently meeting performance expectations
- Computer competency and ability to work with multiple systems
- Available for a full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt
