Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Loyalty Specialist to support clients at risk of canceling their service through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound communications
- Build rapport with clients and provide solutions to help them stay in the program
- Document client interactions accurately using Salesforce and meet performance criteria set by management
Required Qualifications and Education
- 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services
- High school diploma required
- Experience in sales and account management with a record of meeting performance expectations
- Computer competency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Punctuality and availability for a full-time position
