Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Loyalty Specialist to support clients at risk of canceling their service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and retain clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
  • Build rapport with clients and provide persuasive solutions to keep them enrolled in the program
  • Document client interactions accurately using Salesforce and meet performance criteria set by management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services
  • Experience in sales and account management with a track record of meeting performance expectations
  • Computer competency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
