Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Loyalty Specialist to support clients at risk of canceling their service through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and retain clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels
- Build rapport with clients and provide solutions to help them stay in the program
- Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce and meet performance criteria set by management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services
- Experience in sales and account management, consistently meeting performance expectations
- Computer competency and ability to work with multiple systems
- Available for a full-time position with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
