Job Summary

- Collaborate with the Rev Ops Associate to enhance automated client journey programs for self-service
- Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and opportunities, while managing escalations and complex client needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a client support role within a technology or healthcare company
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excitement for building processes and solving problems
