Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Management Director to oversee client relationships and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and foster strong relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Manage operational tasks, educate clients on programs, and facilitate client meetings including contract negotiations and performance updates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client goals are met and represent client interests in internal discussions


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience with a solid understanding of the healthcare continuum
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading discussions in Joint Operating Committee meetings and contract negotiations
  • Experience in analyzing KPIs and interpreting data for client performance discussions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
