Job Summary

Driving the overall success of client campaigns, the full-time remote Manager, Client Management will serve as the primary point of contact for campaign execution, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction while collaborating with sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand client objectives and provide guidance on best practices for campaign execution
• Prepare reports and analyze ad performance, offering optimization recommendations based on campaign objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing the monthly billing reconciliation process

Required qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of experience in a digital or advertising environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Knowledge of major social platforms and current industry trends
• Experience in navigating challenges within campaign execution and providing thoughtful solutions
