Client Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client Management team in retaining and growing new and existing clients
• Update Salesforce and maintain files, reports, and activity tracking
• Act as Project Manager on key initiatives and provide backup support for Client Managers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 or more years of related work experience in managed care or insurance preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical skills
