Job Summary

A company is looking for an EVS Client Manager responsible for overseeing client support and service activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
  • Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities in alignment with client needs
  • Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level support and service operations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Dependent Verification programs and protocols
