Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure high-quality care for older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients and families through the care journey and maintain regular contact to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage escalations and improve operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies and provide updates on client status

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client or patient management, preferably in a staffing role
• A client-first mindset with a commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction
• Strong ownership and detail orientation with experience managing complex processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with technology and experience using scheduling or CRM systems is a plus
