Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager (Remote, MALAYSIA).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Asia's clients and manage client service and delivery strategy
• Handle standard client contract management and facilitate discussions on terms and pricing
• Take ownership of client administration tasks and ensure timely updates of client information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
• 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in client management
• Experience in related functions or departments is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong planning and organizational skills
