Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to support and lead a team of Senior Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists while managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior Recruiters and manage 30-40 active permanent placement searches
• Conduct weekly calls with clients and build relationships with up to 100 clients
• Utilize Salesforce.com and Trakstar to manage reports and team performance

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more colleagues
• 3+ years of client management experience with executive team interaction
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience working with data, ideally in Salesforce.com
• Preferred experience in recruiting, staffing, or executive search
