Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager (Malaysia Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Asia's clients and manage client service delivery strategy
• Handle standard client contract management and facilitate discussions on terms and pricing
• Take ownership of client administration tasks and ensure timely updates of client information

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of working experience, preferably in client management
• Experience in related functions or departments is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
• Residing in Malaysia and able to work from home
