Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager Representative to service existing payments clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory of accounts and execute client relationship strategies
  • Protect market share by managing the client renewal cycle and addressing at-risk relationships
  • Lead sales initiatives for service add-ons and identify potential program concerns to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience, or HS/GED and 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in direct sales within a Business to Business (B2B) payments environment
  • Proven success in retaining business and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in account management and working with small to mid-size accounts
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
