Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager to oversee day-to-day client management and ensure the integrity of deliverables across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and serve as the primary contact for working teams and stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables are on schedule and meet defined scopes and dependencies
• Identify and escalate risks or gaps in delivery while proposing solutions

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of media experience at an agency
• Experience with RFPing vendors and media best practices
• Background in digital media planning
• Ability to work across channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring junior team members on workflows and client communication
